We’re a successful dental company launching a new practice in Gloucester, created to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. As we open this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for enthusiastic Associate Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one. If you’re passionate about modern, ethical dentistry and want to be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and people, this is a rare opportunity to get involved at the very start – and make a genuine impact.
Associate Roles:
- Earning potential in excess from £115,000 (OTE) based on a day rate from £500, to provide a mixture of Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
- Private: 50% income split
- Labs: 50% split for any lab bills
- Urgent Care: 7 patients per session (14 per day)
- Stabilisation: up to 7 patients per session (14 per day with flexibility based on treatment requirements)
- Balanced clinical mix – NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation with options for private upgrades depending on patient requirements
- Flexible working hours
- Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
