We are currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Reading town centre. We are recruiting for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Front of House team in Reading. We are ideally looking for a dental background in either reception or nursing but will also consider strong candidates that have worked alongside clients and excel at rapport and relationship building.
- Handling initial enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Attending dental consultations with patients.
- Managing relationships throughout the process, overseeing financial arrangements, and following up on all consultations.
- Previous administration experience to send communication and financial information to patients.
- Experience working with customers both face-to-face and by phone.
- Ideally have experience working within the dental industry.
- Willing and open to learning new methods/skills and have a flexible approach to work.
