Job Type: Part time / Flexible

Location: Egham, Surrey (with some driving in and around London)

Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 per annum (20-25 hours per week, with regular opportunities for paid overtime)

Are you a disciplined and proactive individual who can make things happen? 

We're a successful photo booth and events company looking for a reliable Technical & Logistics Coordinator to manage our equipment and operations. This isn't a desk job—you'll be the person who ensures our events go off without a hitch.

This is a flexible, part-time role based at our office in Egham. While our general working hours are 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, you must be able to adapt your schedule to meet the needs of our events, which sometimes require evening set ups, collections or longer hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Operations: You will be responsible for preparing, packing, and testing all photo booth equipment for events. You'll also perform basic maintenance and repairs, and you must be comfortable troubleshooting IT issues on the fly.
  • Logistics & Driving: You'll be a key driver for the company, comfortable navigating Central London to drop off and collect equipment. A clean driving license is essential, and all business-related expenses (including parking and congestion charges) will be covered.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: You'll work closely with us to find technical solutions for unique and complex client requests, ensuring we can deliver a bespoke experience.
  • Inventory & Organisation: You'll manage our inventory of supplies and keep our workspace tidy and organised.
  • Autonomous Work: We're looking for someone who is self-disciplined and comfortable working alone, taking full ownership of their tasks.

This role is for a proactive self-starter who takes immense pride in their work. If you are highly motivated, tech-savvy, and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

Business-related expenses, including parking, congestion charges, and a fuel allowance. Commuting to & from office is not covered. Free parking on site.

Direct experience is not necessary but the key qualities we are looking for are:

  • Reliable and Self-Disciplined: You take full ownership of your work, manage your time effectively, and can be trusted to get the job done without constant supervision.
  • A Confident Driver: You're comfortable with navigating different parts of London and can handle the logistical demands of equipment drop-offs and collections.
  • Technically Minded: You have a natural knack for troubleshooting and are good with your hands, able to perform basic maintenance and keep our equipment in perfect condition.
  • Highly Adaptable: You can handle a flexible schedule and unexpected challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
