Pay: £90 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)

With schools preparing for September, we are looking for dedicated SEN professionals who can provide outstanding support to pupils with additional needs across both Primary and Secondary settings.

The Role:

  • Support pupils across Primary and Secondary age ranges.
  • Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional needs.
  • Deliver intervention programmes and targeted support.
  • Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
  • Support EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
  • Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence and independence.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive educational setting.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous SEN experience within an educational setting.
  • Experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or additional learning needs.
  • A positive, patient and professional approach.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Two professional references covering the last two years.
