Pay: Β£140 - Β£220 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Complex Needs and other additional needs.
  • Create safe, nurturing and structured learning environments.
  • Develop personalised learning plans and contribute to EHCP reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies.
  • Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
  • SEN teaching experience preferred.
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to provide references covering the last two years.
