Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Play Workers (Level 3 qualified) to work across a range of Early Years settings in Staffordshire. The Role

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery and Early Years environments
  • Delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and physical development
  • Working collaboratively with practitioners and following setting policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
  • Have experience working within Early Years or nursery settings
  • Demonstrate a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Be reliable, adaptable and confident working in different settings
