SEN Support Worker – Primary Schools

Make a Real Difference in a Child’s EducationAre you an experienced, passionate and compassionate SEN professional looking for a rewarding opportunity within primary education? We are seeking dedicated SEN Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to children across primary schools in Willenhall and the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 and small-group SEN support
  • Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and classroom activities
  • Working with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and other learning difficulties
  • Supporting emotional regulation, confidence and social development
  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals
  • Following individual education and support plans
  • Monitoring and contributing to pupil progress
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Previous experience working within an SEN, primary school, education, childcare or support setting is highly desirable. You will have the opportunity to work in supportive primary school environments where your contribution can make a genuine difference to children's lives. Whether you are an experienced SEN professional, teaching assistant, learning support assistant or someone with relevant transferable experience, we want to hear from you.
