Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of Shireland Biomedical Academy for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their school community in support roles within the classroom. This opportunity is ideal for applicants who are curious about education as a future career or who simply want to make a positive difference to young people. No previous school experience is required. Full training is provided. However, if you do have experience supporting young people—in schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring or similar—you are strongly encouraged to apply, as this can support accelerated progression and development. These roles may also lead to long‑term opportunities and placements for the right candidates.
