Year 3 Teacher – Maternity Cover

Smile Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the WV11 Wednesfield area who are seeking an experienced KS2 Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis from September 2026. This is a full-time role teaching a Year 3 class.

The school is looking for a confident and strong classroom practitioner who can quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have recent experience teaching within KS2
  • Be confident teaching a Year 3 class
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
  • Be reliable, adaptable and committed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
