Smile Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) at a primary school in WS10. The role is based in the Sunshine Room, assisting children with SEMH needs and helping them access the curriculum in a calm, nurturing setting.
Ideal candidates will have prior SEN experience, an understanding of SEMH and behaviour strategies, and a patient approach. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.
