Smile Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Year 3 Teacher for a wonderful primary school based in the WS3 area. This is a full class teacher role, planning and delivering lessons to a Year 3 class. The role involves building relationships and ensuring strategies are in place to ensure every child can achieve their potential. Experience with EAL or additional languages would be a bonus!

The role:

  • Full-time position starting after half term
  • Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Planning and preparing captivating lessons to promote pupil progress
  • Adapting resources to support children with additional needs
  • Liaising with support staff to ensure every child has 1:1 support with their learning where possible

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
