Smile Education in Northwest London is recruiting two Therapeutic Integration Practitioners (TIPs) to support pupils with complex needs in a specialist educational setting. The roles involve 1:1 and small-group therapeutic support, building relationships, and contributing to individualised programmes.
The successful candidates will have experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour, a calm, resilient approach, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
