Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Bordesley MAT for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of their welcoming middle schools in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils within the KS3 provision, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Role
- Supporting students across KS3, both in class and with small group/1:1 work
- Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
- Helping to foster positive relationships and encourage engagement in learning
- Providing additional pastoral and behavioural support where required
