Smile Education is currently recruitingqualified Early Years Practitionersandexperienced Teaching Assistantsto support a range of primary schools and early years settings across theBlack Country, includingStourbridge,Dudley,Halesowen, andWolverhampton.

We are looking for dedicated, adaptable staff who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a variety of classroom settings.

The Role:We offerflexible opportunitiesincluding day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements. Roles may include:

  • Supporting within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) settings
  • Assisting in Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Leading small group interventions
  • General classroom support and supervision

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2/3) or experienced Teaching Assistants
