About the Role
Are you a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting? Smile Education are working with primary schools in Tipton, looking for Teaching Assistants to support pupils across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This role offers the chance to play a key part in children’s learning journeys. From building strong foundations in KS1 to encouraging confidence and independence in KS2. Your contribution will make a lasting difference every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in KS1 and/or KS2 settings
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
