This is a generic special school for pupils aged 11–19, supporting students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with or caring for young people with additional needs
- Be able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils

- Work effectively as part of a team, while also using their own initiative
- Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable) or equivalent experience

- Encouraging engagement in classroom and school-based activities
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
