We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is driven to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Requirements:
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or equivalent)
- Recent experience working within an SEN or Primary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine desire to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider staff
