We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their committed team. Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or equivalent)
  • Recent experience working within an SEN or Primary school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine desire to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider staff
