Smile Education are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a SEN primary school in the Tamworth area. The role is full-time and long-term with an immediate start, supporting primary pupils with SEMH needs.
You will work alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and group support, help with emotional regulation and behaviour management across the school's three sites where required. This role requires prior SEMH experience and a patient, nurturing approach.
