We are working with a Stafford Primary School (ST21) on behalf of an established MAT. The role begins ASAP or September and continues for the foreseeable. MUST BE LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED.

We are looking for someone to integrate into the school's values and beliefs and have children's wellbeing and education at the forefront of everything they do.

This Primary Teaching Assistant role would see you work within a Reception classroom, working alongside experienced teachers and other support staff, to ensure classes run smoothly, students' academic progress is met, and to foster an engaging learning environment for all.

  • Support a Reception classroom
  • Work cohesively with an experienced class teacher
  • Support students on a 1:1, group and classroom basis
  • Flexible in supporting different students and subject areas

Qualifications & skills required:

  • Previous experience working with children
  • Level 3 or degree level of education is desirable
  • Prior classroom/education experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and professional manner
