SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 – Full-Time | Stafford| Immediate Start
Start Date: Immediate or after October half-term
Pay: £110-£140 per day

This SENTeaching Assistantrole will run for the full academic year and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, values-led school environment that places pupils at the heart of everything it does.

As aSENteaching assistant, you will:
- Working within the nest with other senior members of staff
- Provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
- Support pupils with varying abilities, including those needing additional support
- Help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other teaching assistants
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification(ideal)
- If no qualification,a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a schoolis essential
- Previous experience as ateaching assistantin a primary school setting or SEN setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting children’s learning and development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
