The Opportunity
We’re expanding—and this is your chance to join one of the UK’s leading education recruitment agencies as a Senior Delivery Consultant. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) under our Managed Service Provider (MSP) agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding and 100% fulfilment of all vacancies.
- Starting BASIC Salary: £25,250 – £35,000 (DOE)
- Realistic Year 1 OTE: £30–45k
- Location: Hybrid flexibility - can be located in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Hull or locations near these cities
- Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm / 7:30am – 4:30pm / 8:00 – 5:00pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm (must be able to work these hours)
- Shorter hours during school holidays!

Your Role: A True Delivery Specialist
As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you’ll be the trusted partner for our MAT clients—building strong relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and guaranteeing every vacancy is filled with speed and precision. This is a client-focused role that requires exceptional organisational skills, relationship management, and a proactive mindset.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Onboarding new schools within MATs under MSP agreements
- Building rapport and trust with key client contacts
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates across multiple disciplines
- Managing relationships with 2nd tier agencies to ensure full coverage
- Achieving 100% fulfilment of all client vacancies
- Collaborating with compliance teams to ensure candidate readiness
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM/VMS systems and providing quality MI
- Suggesting process improvements to enhance client experience
