Smile Education is working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across West Bromwich and the surrounding areas, offering day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover teaching opportunities across all subject specialisms.
The Role
As a Secondary Cover Teacher, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain positive classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. You'll have the flexibility to choose the work that suits your lifestyle while gaining experience across a range of local secondary schools. Whether you're available one day a week or five, we have opportunities to fit around you.
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic professionals
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for supporting young people and delivering high-quality education
