Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Redditch to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a part-time role. This position offers flexible hours and may transition into a full-time post from September.

The Role:
You will be teaching general Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to focus on your subject specialism (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics). The school offers a supportive teaching environment and is looking for a teacher who can inspire and motivate students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in Science
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student progress
