Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Salford for Unqualified Teachers to support teaching and learning across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong subject knowledge and clear communication skills, and who are exploring teaching as a long-term career pathway. Qualified Teacher Status is not required for this role. Training, support and mentoring will be provided for successful candidates. If you already have experience—whether in tutoring, classroom cover, youth leadership, coaching, or subject support—you are encouraged to apply, as this can support a smoother transition into classroom teaching.
