The Role
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils in achieving their academic potential
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Inspire and motivate children through creative and effective teaching
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
- Can confidently adapt to different year groups and classroom environments
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about education
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Completion of ECT Induction advantagous
