Smile Education are delighted to be working in partnership with Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, supporting the recruitment of passionate and dedicated Qualified Teachers with SEND experience. We are currently seeking multiple teachers to join a thriving Secondary Special School in Wolverhampton, supporting learners with diverse needs and helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role:
As a Qualified SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to meet the needs of learners with a range of SEND.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled and supportive team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and staff to ensure each learner achieves their full potential.
- Inspire learners through creativity, innovation and high expectations.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience of teaching and supporting pupils with SEND.
- A commitment to inclusion, equality and the personal development of every learner.
- The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
