Smile Education is partnering with an exceptional school in Solihull, and they are welcoming a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to their team on a maternity cover basis from February 2026, or sooner for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons at KS5, aligned with the national curriculum and exam board specifications.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, discussion, and student engagement.
- You may also be asked to provide occasional general cover when required, helping to maintain continuity of learning across the school.
- Join a supportive, energetic, and collaborative team committed to professional development and to making a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth.
Ideal candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) and QTS or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge of KS5 Psychology and the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their academic success.
