About the role
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to make a genuine difference in schools across Dudley? Smile Education are looking for dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our trusted network, supporting a range of primary schools in the local area.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments, following lesson plans and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, helping every child feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a positive impact in each school you support.
- Uphold school policies and always prioritise safeguarding.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
- Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
