Smile Education is recruiting a Behaviour and Attendance Mentor to support pupils at a secondary school in North East Manchester. The role focuses on attendance, wellbeing, SEMH needs and safeguarding, with collaboration among pupils, families, pastoral teams and external agencies.
You will identify at-risk pupils, implement early interventions and work to promote positive routines and engagement in education. A Level 3 qualification and enhanced DBS are expected requirements.
