Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery setting
- Support the development, mentoring, and recruitment of staff
- Promote inclusion and ensure every child feels valued and supported
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality
- Support positive behaviour for learning and children's personal development
- Work collaboratively with the Foundation Stage team to deliver outstanding early years provision
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds relevant Early Years qualifications
- Has experience working with young children, particularly within Early Years settings
- Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills
- Is passionate about child development and early education
- Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Can work flexibly within a busy and supportive team environment
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
