Smile Education are recruiting for a Year 4 teacher at Lightwoods Primary School. The role would be working at a school with a tight-knit staff team and strong SLT support. The Primary Teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from February half term.
The responsibilities of the Primary Teacher role:
- Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum.
- Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurture a love for learning.
- Be able to structure lesson plans for different levels of student need.
