Smile Education are proud to be supporting The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in their search for a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join one of their Secondary Schools based in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who is eager to make a real impact on students’ lives. The Trust is open to subject specialists across the curriculum and welcomes applications from teachers who are passionate about inspiring learning, raising aspirations, and supporting every student to reach their potential.
The Role:
- Delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Planning, assessing, and tracking progress to ensure all learners achieve their targets.
- Creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that reflects the needs of all students.
- Working closely with colleagues and leaders as part of a collaborative and supportive school team.
- Contributing to wider school life, including pastoral care and enrichment opportunities.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Subject specialism in any Secondary discipline (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, Technology, Creative Arts, etc.).
- Experience of working within an SEN school or alternative provision – essential.
- A strong commitment to raising standards and ensuring all students achieve their best.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A positive, flexible approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
