Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Bordesley MAT for an enthusiastic and adaptable Middle School Teacher to join their team in Redditch. This is a full-time role, commencing after October half term, working across a mixed timetable of KS2 and KS3 classes. The successful candidate will be required to teach a range of subjects, providing engaging lessons that support pupils through a key transitional stage of their learning journey.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects at KS2 and KS3.
- Plan, prepare, and assess in line with curriculum expectations.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across KS2 and/or KS3.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils of all abilities.
