Primary SEN Teaching Assistants – Melton Mowbray
Smile Education are currently recruiting forcaring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a small number of primary schools in and around Melton Mowbray area. All schools are part of the Mowbray Education Trust.
We are looking for candidate who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and can provide patient, nurturing and consistent support both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. The pupils have a range of needs but will most certainly include autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health issues.
The ideal candidates will:
- Have experience working with children with SEND
- Be patient, enthusiastic and supportive
- Build positive relationships with pupils
- Be confident supporting learning and behaviour
- Work well as part of a school team
- Overall a real commitment to wanting to improve the edcational lives of young people and make a genuine difference.
