Smile Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Melton Mowbray who require additional support in one of their Year 3/4 classes. The school are keen to meet Teaching Assistants/LSAs to work as a whole class teaching assistant as well as supporting a small number of pupils with special needs. This position will start after Easter (April 13th) working five days a week for the remainder of the academic year.
Primary school in Melton Mowbray offers £90 - 100 per day for this long-term position. An NVQ Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or a degree in Psychology or Special Educational Needs would be ideal but not essential. Previous experience of supporting ASD and other needs is highly desirable.
