Smile Education is seeking an experienced Nursery Assistant to join a wonderful Primary School in Market Drayton, Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing invaluable support to the room leaders and/or Nursery Teachers. MUST BE LEVEL 3 EARLY YEARS QUALIFIED.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of daily activities and learning experiences.
- Monitor and record children's progress and development.
- Relevant nursery qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
