Smile Education is currently working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Greater Manchester to recruit qualified and committed QTS Teachers for the new academic year starting September 2026. Role Overview
As a QTS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons within your subject specialism, supporting students across KS3–KS5 (depending on role), and contributing to a positive learning environment. Roles may vary depending on the school, but all positions involve maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification

- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge
- Be confident in classroom and behaviour management
- Be professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Pay & Benefits
- £170 – £235 per day, dependent on experience
