- Support children in learning through play and exploration
- Work closely with the Room Leader to create an engaging and inviting environment
- Promote children's welfare and development
- Build positive relationships with parents and families
- Be an active and enthusiastic member of the nursery team
Qualifications
- Holds a Level 2 Early Years specific qualification
- Has successful experience working within an Early Years setting
- Is reliable, adaptable and highly organised
- Has a positive attitude and uses initiative
