Do you hold a degree in psychology, special educational needs, or inclusion? Do you have practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge of special educational needs and most importantly autism? Can you support pupils with SEND or SEMH needs in a modern school?
Smile Education are currently working with a primary school in Leicester that require additional Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils who need extra support and development in school. As with all schools there are a range of needs including social, emotional, physical and academic.

The school requires enthusiastic graduates to work in their area of strength, be that with special needs pupils or offering a high degree of academic tutoring. Working in a primary setting you will be tasked with supporting a range of pupils in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with the school’s class teachers as well as their learning support department to ensure that all pupils are working to their full potential and are being well cared for.
