Smile Education is currently recruiting for an Intervention Teacher on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tamworth. This rewarding role is ideal for a passionate educator who enjoys working with small groups and making a direct impact on pupil progress.
About the Role:
- Delivering focused intervention sessions in Maths and English, primarily across Key Stage 2
- Creating lesson plans for individual learning groups
- Working with small groups of pupils to boost attainment and confidence
- Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
- Liaising with class teachers and the SENDCO to ensure cohesive support

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching or delivering interventions in primary education
