Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver fun, creative, and effective lessons for Year 3 pupils
- Collaborate with a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support all learners
- Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages confidence and curiosity
- Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to help every child thrive
- Support individual pupils and small groups to ensure no one is left behind
- Be an active contributor to the school’s inclusive and dynamic team spirit
What We’re Looking For:
- A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
- Solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
- A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners
- Experience working with children, backed by strong references
- Confidence teaching full classes, small groups, and 1:1
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education)
