About the Role

Smile Education is delighted to be recruiting a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hyde. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity starting ASAP, supporting pupils primarily in Early Years. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to provide high‑quality classroom support, helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment and meeting the individual needs of pupils. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and looking to build experience within a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
  • Assist pupils with learning tasks and encourage engagement
  • Prepare classroom resources and learning materials

  • Monitor and record pupil progress as directed

Requirements
