About the Role
- Lead and develop the Business curriculum across Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to secure outstanding outcomes.
- Support and develop colleagues within the department through coaching and professional development.
- Promote enterprise, entrepreneurship and employability skills throughout the school.
- Build links with local businesses, employers and higher education providers to enrich students' learning experiences.
- Contribute to the wider leadership and strategic development of the school.
Qualifications
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a strong track record of successful Business Studies teaching.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and curriculum leadership.
