We are currently recruiting qualified Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants looking for full-time roles where they can make a real difference in children's education while becoming an integral part of a school's community. We have both immediate starts and September opportunities available.

The Role
As a Qualified Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one interventions and small group support.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support children with varying learning needs, helping them achieve their individual goals.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote an engaging classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff while also demonstrating confidence working independently.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
- A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience within a primary school.
- Experience supporting children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- A good understanding of the UK Primary Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
Requirements
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one through Smile Education.
- Be able to provide two years of references, including at least one reference commenting on your experience working with children.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK.
