Whether you are an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have exciting opportunities available for September 2026.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom.
  • Differentiating learning to meet pupils' individual needs.
  • Assess progress and support achievement.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT.
  • Minimum 6 months' UK classroom experience (placements accepted for ECTs).
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive and child‑centred approach to teaching.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
  • Ability to provide two years of employment and/or education references, including one relating to working with children.
  • Right to work in the UK. Please note: Sponsorship is not available.

Registration & Compliance:

Successful candidates will be required to attend a registration with Smile Education as part of our safeguarding and compliance process. Registrations are arranged as soon as your application form and supporting documentation have been completed, helping us clear candidates for work as quickly as possible.
