We are currently recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the Grimsby area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the school day.

Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire

Hours: Monday – Friday: 11:30am – 1:30pm, Term time only

Salary: Competitive Salary

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and school grounds
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of all children
  • Encourage inclusive and positive play activities
  • Support younger pupils where needed during mealtimes
  • Deal calmly and appropriately with minor incidents
  • Report any concerns to senior staff
  • Help maintain a safe and welcoming lunchtime environment
