We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide high-quality support to pupils, helping to promote engagement, confidence, and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils within the classroom, in small groups, or on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Encourage positive behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals where appropriate.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, adapting approaches to meet individual requirements.
About You -
- Has experience working within a UK primary or secondary school (essential or highly desirable).
- Is confident working with children and young people, building positive and professional relationships.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every pupil succeed.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude.
A degree in a core subject (such as English, Mathematics, or Science) would be advantageous, although it is not essential for the right candidate.
