Smile Education is currently recruiting for a passionate Early Years Teacher (QTS required) to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Yarm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and dedicated EYFS practitioner who is committed to inspiring young learners and making a real impact in early education.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic teaching style
  • Ability to deliver engaging, play-based and child-led learning
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Role responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative EYFS lessons across all areas of learning
  • Support early phonics, literacy, numeracy and communication development
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
  • Track and assess pupil progress effectively
  • Work closely with staff, parents and support teams

Pay Rate: £140 – £200 per day (depending on experience).

Referral Bonus: £200 for successful referrals.

Location: Yarm.

Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing opportunities available.
