About the Role
Ready to kickstart your teaching career and make a real difference from day one? We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join our supply teaching team across Castle Vale.
We know that the first steps in your teaching journey are exciting but can also feel a little overwhelming, which is why our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way!
Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we’ll find flexible opportunities that fit around you. From PPA cover to roles with and without planning responsibilities, you’ll be able to focus on developing your skills, gaining valuable experience, and finding the kind of school for you as an individual.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
- Previous teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- The ability to adapt to different classrooms and year groups
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
