The Role As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Inspire children to become confident, independent learners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- A minimum of 6 months' UK classroom experience (teaching placements accepted for ECTs).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to teaching.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references, including at least one reference relating to working with children.
- Right to work in the UK.
